Welcomes visitors, receives telephone calls, faxes, dispatches information / messages to/from various units; sets appointments, keeps time-tables
Chancellery: maintains incoming / outgoing correspondence; updates databases, types and files documents / archives
Renders visa support, keeps contacts with the MFA of KR, embassies / consulates, books plane-tickets / hotel accommodation
Interprets / translates from English into Russian and vice versa
Supports / arranges seminars, roundtables, contests, etc.
Collects specific information in media / Internet
Diploma from a university
Fluent English* and Russian – mandatory; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an asset
Minimum 2-year experience at a similar job
Experience in interpretation / translation and chancellery
User level knowledge of PC applications – MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and related tools – mandatory; blind typing skills – preferred
Handling of office equipment
Excellent communicative skills, organizational and negotiation capacities, ability to establish a personal contact, politeness and tactfulness; ability to take initiative and work independently; capacity to adapt her/himself to quick changes; ability to work within a team and under pressure.
