The UN in Kyrgyzstan firmly believes that there is a strong synergy between resolution of the problems that youth face, improved evolution of human development in the country, and the mandate of the UN System. It is possible to achieve positive and sustainable impact with coherent programming in support of youth, even in the relatively short time frame of the current Country Development Strategy (2005 - 2010).
